Add Line Item to Unshipped Order | How To

ShippingEasy allows you to add line items to orders before they have shipped.

Complete additions when creating a manual order or adding a line item to an existing order. The item name or SKU field will display a list of matching entries from the product catalog. You can select an entry to have its values used in the fields. Learn about the Product Catalog.

Store Notifications

If you make changes to your Line Items, ShippingEasy may not be able to notify your store when your order is shipped. Learn how editing orders affect store updates.

Add Line Item(s)

  1. Click the pencil icon for the order you wish to modify.

  2. Click on the ODET_Closed_Carrot.png to expand the Order Details section.

  3. Click the Edit link next to the line items in the Order Details slide out.

  4. Click the Add Item button on the line item screen.

  5. Type the item name or SKU number in the blank field to search for a product. You can select from a list of products available or choose to add a new item.

  6. Enter a quantity for the newly added item.

  7. Click Update Order when you are finished.

The new line item will be added to your order!  Any packing slips or pick lists generated after the line item is added will account for the new item.
