Payment ID Invalid

You may encounter this error when updating the payment method for your USPS postage account.

Log in to One Balance and update your credit card within the One Balance portal.

Purchase failed. Account exception Exception with code 0x00560102; module 86, category 1, item 2

You may encounter this error when trying to purchase a USPS label via your One Balance account.

Make sure that the correct credit card is associated with your One Balance account. Learn how to verify your credit card.
