With fraud being a major problem it would be great to flag orders where the shipping address is not the same as the billing address. This could easily be added to the shipping rules section. It would also be nice to be able to add an identifier to packing slips just as you can with multiple quantities of a single product by adding the diamond symbol next to it.

Billing/Shipping address mismatches are the easiest way to identify fraud. They place an order with the correct billing information and then ship to a location nearby where someone then forwards the package to the fraudster.
