This is a very important feature. I know it would save 3-4 dollars for my customers in Canada, which is a growing market. It wouldn't be my preference to deal with the hassle of have a secondary shipping service merely for this feature, but I believe Connect Plus would improve our conversion rate in that area significantly. 

As a SHIPPING EASY valued customer we absolutely agree in having you guys include the FedEx International Connect Plus feature. It balances speed and cost as well as offers the delivery times ones customers want and the affordable pricing that gives businesses an edge and is extremely beneficial to both parties.

Also, another request would be for a signature request component as well in which someone at the recipient's address must sign for the delivery.

These two solicitations are truly necessary for us to be able to continue utilizing SHIPPING EASY. Please consider it.

YES! We are ready to use FedEx International Connect Plus and are just waiting for ShippingEasy to implement it. Our FedEx rep said you guys started the process, but we'd love to know when it will actually be implemented. We'd prefer not to create the labels in FedEx.com as it won't sync with Shopify.

YES, please get FedEx connect plus. this may force us to go to shipstation or another platform that supports FICP.

Why is ShippingEasy so far behind the other shipping platforms when it comes to Fedex International Connect Plus?  It seems every other platform already offers support for it and only ShippingEasy does not.  Please enable this capability ASAP so users like me are not forced to switch to another platform...  :-(

How is it possible you have not kept up with the rest of the platforms in implementing FedEx Connect International +? Every day you do not have this in place costs us money. We have been with you for so many years. If you do not make this top priority then you will basically be turning your backs on us and obliging us to seek another platform. We love working with you guys but business is business. This makes no sense not to be on your short term road map. 

Since its been confirmed that FedEx International Connect Plus (FICP) is not even on the ShippingEasy roadmap, I guess many of us will need to switch to a competitive solution. ShipStation, ProShip, Shippo, ShipRush have all included FICP for months now.  Is anyone else looking to switch and have any recommendations which alternative solution they like best?

Since its been a month, has there been any update on the estimate on when FICP will be available?  Several previous ShippingEasy customer have told me that they have switched to Shippo since it has supported FICP for a long time...I may be forced to do the same if there's no update yet.  Please advise...

I checked back with our Senior Support team regarding this FedEx service, and there is still no estimated release date for this service. I apologize for any inconvenience, but this is the only information that we have about this FedEx service for now. 

Please add FedEx International Connect Plus service.  We create thousands of labels with SE but will be forced to leave if you don't offer this service in a timely manner.  

We've just recently learned about FedEx International Connect Plus from our FedEx rep and it sounds like it would work so much better for us. With the amount of labels we make daily it just makes more sense for us to have it. Please add a Fedex Connect Plus service option or we will have to use another app to make our International labels once we make this service available to our customers.
