There should be the ability to add 'In Store Pickup' as a shipping method in Shipping easy.

We use Shipping Easy to consolidate all of our orders.  The in-store orders still print with a packing slip so our staff can pull them from the sale floor, but the work around of sending them back to the orders page and then marking them as shipped via USPS with tracking 'In Store Pickup' is not a professional solution, and is prone to mistakes.

Having a shipping option of 'in-store pickup' on the shipping screen would be a much cleaner solution.
