Currently ShippingEasy does not allow the ACE ITN number to be entered for export shipments with a value over $2500.00. This forces us to use FedEx.com for export orders, an unnecessary and frustrating redundancy. We are able to enter it for UPS orders.  Why cannot you update your platform to allow shippers to access this feature for FedEx?  We have called ShippingEasy about this several times over the years and crickets.
