Can you please work with UPS to add a function that will not allow a customer/recipient to change or forward an address without the shippers approval. This costs us money and not the buyer. I spoke to UPS and if I ship through UPS.com, worldship, they have a function called Direct Ship whereby only the shipper can change the address. Thanks!
