Hello, i keep getting an error message (attached a screenshot) not letting me purchase postage, i am trying to purchase 40$ worth of postage and its telling me i exceeded my limit when the limit is 500$. I changed the credit card twice and its not because of the credit card. I also read community forums to go manually into endicia settings and buy postage and that didnt work either. Help please!
