Orders Not Showing Up

 Today when I go into Shipping Easy to fulfill orders they are not there. I selected the sync button and refreshed my browser and they still aren't showing. I also went into setting to ensure my store was Integrated and it is showing with no problems. What is going on? I need this fixed ASAP as I have orders to fulfill. It is extremely disappointing and frustrating.

After checking your account, I see that a few of your Shopify orders arrived today and were shipped out.

Do you still have other orders you need downloaded to ShippingEasy?

If so, there are few reasons Shopify orders may not sync to ShippingEasy. Can you review the scenarios listed in the link below and let us know if any of those match any orders that have yet to sync to your ShippingEasy account?

Please also be aware that ShippingEasy automatically syncs with Shopify once per hour, and the manual Sync to Store option will typically take between 15-20 minutes to pull in your orders.
