Need the ability to customize Amazon Packing Slip

0

I sell custom personalized Christmas ornaments on Amazon.  Because they are custom products with custom fields for the customer to fill out (letting us know the names they want on their ornaments), there is a bunch of garbage on the Packing Slips, such as the "Font Color" used and the "Font Text" used.  It's meaningless, except for making my Packing Slip look messy. Here is an example of what the main part of my Packing Slip looks like in ShippingEasy from my Amazon store:

As you can see, it's a mess.  I would like the ability to delete all of the lines that start with "TextColor" and "TextFont".  If I can eliminate those lines, I would have everything I need.  My Etsy store and BigCommerce store don't have this unnecessary garbage for the same products.  When I talk to ShippingEasy about this, I feel like I'm the only customer they have that sells custom products on Amazon.  How can anyone be happy with the way the Packing Slip looks?  My employees use this packing slip to see what our customers want written on their ornament.  It's very hard to pick out that information when it's flooded with meaningless lines of FontText and FontColor words.  The frustrating thing is that I think ShippingEasy is close to getting this done.  When you edit the sales order in ShippingEasy, all the lines on this Packing Slip are broken down into separate lines that you supposedly have the chance to delete one at a time.  You can see that example here:  The problem is that this feature doesn't work properly.  When you try to "x" out a line, it deletes the last line on the order, and NOT the line you think you are deleting.  Very frustrating.  I'm told they (ShippingEasy) are working on this fix.  With that aside, it would seem like this can all be automated to delete the lines that start with TextColor and TextFont.  Seems like a simply thing to come up with since the lines are already broken down.

Well, there you have it.  This is my biggest issue that I'm having right now with ShippingEasy/Amazon.  I'm hoping this doesn't fall on deaf ears.  This will save me tons of time if we can get this figured out.
