Support UPS certified scales

For UPS worldship customers, only certain scales will work, so moving customers from worldship to shipping easy, you need to support the UPS hardware printers and for this request, scales...

UPS gives high volume customers credit for hardware, so would be nice to see support for such.

UPS gave us the Ultegra Series - Flat top scales at no cost. Would be great if SE could support them.
