This is a great suggestion. From what I understand, you want your rates to be viewed by your customers in BigCommerce, correct? I believe now you can integrate your Endicia account with them so that your customers are able to view those rates. I have not played with it myself yet, but a few customers have relayed this to me. If you have time, give it a shot and let us know how it goes!
