Custom product code on labels; multibox shipments; post positive feedback and archive eBay orders

ShippingEasy Suggestions:

  • Add a custom 4 or 5 digit product code to the shipping label.
  • Allow dividing an order of the same product number into multiple boxes and shipping labels.
  • Automatically post positive feedback and archive eBay orders.

Hi Joe,

Thanks for reaching out and sorry for the delay in this response. Good news, we do now have Multi-box shipments for UPS and are looking into adding them for other carriers.

Per your other feature requests:

  1. Add a custom 4 or 5 digit product code to the shipping label.

    • Unfortunately, we are currently unable to make edits to the labels and their formatting as Endicia creates these labels. I definitely will forward your request but also suggest mentioning it to them.

  2. Automatically post positive feedback and archive eBay orders.

  3. This is a great idea! We do have another customer who has posted a thread related to the first portion (feedback). Please find, follow, and comment HERE.

What do you mean, however, by automatically archiving eBay orders?

I wanted to give you an update on labels:

You can now customize your labels a bit more. Our new templates allow for more information as seen here: How to: Customize USPS domestic shipping labels

I know this is not exactly what you requested but I wanted to let you know of our newest labels, just in case.

Additionally, as I am sure you are aware, we do now offer multibox shipping now for UPS/Fedex as seen here: How To: Add multiple packages to UPS and FedEx shipments
