The idea here is to format the spacing for both domestic and international labels so that when they are printed on paper they can all be stacked and cut evenly.

Additionally, if they are spaced the same, please make it possible to mix or include all labels on the same paper without leaving empty spaces by separating domestic from international labels as is done now.
