Can I downgrade my plan at any point?

Hi, I have loved using Ship Easy this month! I will need to sign up for the basic plan {500 shipments} but I was wondering if I would be able to downgrade to the free option on the months I know that my online store will be closed {summer and winter break}?

Hello Carmella - Yes, you can downgrade to our free Starter plan at anytime!

To keep things simple, your plan will remain unchanged until the end of your billing cycle. Then your account will revert to the new plan at the end of your current billing period.

Downgrading to the Starter plan saves you the monthly subscription, but still gives you the option to ship out a few packages if needed. There are a few notable changes that will occur to your account after the downgrade to Starter takes affect:

  • Less shipments: limit of 50 shipments in a month.
  • Higher postage rates: expedited shipments have Commercial Base Pricing (which is better than Retail) rather than Commercial Plus Pricing. Learn more here.
  • Less features: lose Reports, SCAN forms, CSV uploads.
  • Less support: self-service options are available 24/7 here in our Help Center.

Manage your subscription preferences from your ShippingEasy account:

  1. Simply log-in and navigate to SETTINGS >>SUBSCRIPTION & BILLING.
  2. Select Change Plan or Add Ons.
  3. From the Available Plans select the option next to the plan you desire to change to.
  4. Click the blue Update Subscription button.
