While this may not be what you are looking for, I wanted to alert you of our progress with reports.

We now have a brand new reporting feature that allows you to customize your reports. I do not yet have a link to send you with information on this, but keep a lookout in the near future for that in our Support Center.

If you go to Reports > Custom Reports > Create New Report, you can choose specifically want you want included and save it for future use. It does not include dimensions per se but does include package type.

Thanks for getting back to me with this information about Custom Reports! I immediately went to my ShippingEasy account to check it out. Here is what I really need: the Package Type field is only populated for a shipment if it is a standard UPS/USPS/FedEx package type. None of our Saved Package Types appear. This is the data we are looking for- the weights and zones for each shipment using our variety of saved package types. If you look at our accounts (Thistle Farms and Shared Trade), you will see that we use our own saved package types 99.9% of the time.

I would also like the package size returned in the XML data that shipping easy returns to our web site. You should also show the package dimensions on the shipping history of the package. We need this information so we can try to optimize the package size that should be used on a specific product - we have thousands of items so will be a long process - but necessary.
