Only if it would be through our own SMTP. It is far too confusing to customers to receive emails from us, through another email address.

I agree with Steve. Please refer to https://support.shippingeasy.com/hc/communities/public/questions/202142505-SMTP-Settings-for-E-Mails if this will be an option.
