An order from 3dcart did not sync with Shipping Easy or show up in account

I need help solving this mystery, please! As of Feb. 17, all orders that I received in my 3dcart account were being synced with Shipping Easy. Then, an order I received on Feb. 21 suddenly did not show up in my Shipping Easy account at all. I neither changed nor touched any settings on Shipping Easy or 3dcart in that time period. Please help!! Thank you!

It is likely that your 3dCart orders were not in the correct status when we attempted to sync with your store, or you made a change to your store settings.

Here is some more information regarding order statuses with 3dCart: How can I choose which statuses I bring in from my 3dcart store? Keep in mind these must match exactly, including spaces and capitalization.
