Hi,
It would be great if the test emails and labels used the actual store information and design elements.

Hi Matt,
This is a great suggestion. Unfortunately, currently we do not have the ability to alter the labels at all as they are created and sent to us by our label provider, Endicia. This is something I will pass along but also recommend you mentioning your interest in seeing this to Endicia.
Thanks again for this feedback!
I sent myself a test email and just saw "Your logo here." Am I to understand that my customer will see it but I can't? Is there some way to know if it will be distorted looking?
Hi Laura,
The test pdf you can view in the app will only show "Your Logo Here". However, as long as you have added it in your store and have the branding package, your customers should see the logo. I recommend creating a test order/label if you want to be 100% sure that your images is not distorted in any way. When you do this, be sure to include an e-mail address to yourself in the order and do not forget to cancel the label after you test so you get a refund.
I hope this helps!
Matt,
I have good news for you for part of your request! As ShippingEasy now offers a fully customizable image library, instead of simply uploading your logo to your store, you can save and "insert" any customizable image into its place on the email/packing slip templates. This will allow you to, when testing email templates or packing slip templates, see the placement of your images instead of just seeing a grey box that says "Your Logo Here". We're super excited about this feature as it seems to have lots of possibilities. You can even now have a hyperlink embedded in your image! Thanks so much for requesting this feature. I'm sure we'll have more very soon.
