Hello. For some reason, a new Shopify order is not appearing on the Orders page within ShippingEasy. The order is marked as Not Fulfilled on Shopify and, no matter what I try, I cannot get it to appear in ShippingEasy. I've refreshed the page, selected "Sync with Store", have removed/archived my store then reactivated, and tried to use "Ship with ShippingEasy" directly through Shopify. No luck and this hasn't happened before.

Hello,
Sorry to hear you are having trouble!
Have you been giving your store long enough time to sync? Syncs can take up to twenty minutes depending on the number of orders you are trying to sync, and the amount of server worker space available.
I suggest, once you reconnect your store, that you wait for a while to allow the order to sync once you press sync with store.
Shopify has a setting where users can auto mark orders as fulfilled once payment has been received. This can cause confusion with order downloads as customers can't figure out why orders are not pulling into our system. If an order is marked as Fulfilled, its seen as shipped and therefore doesn't enter ShippingEasy. Also, your orders must be in a syncable status at the time of the sync to be brought into ShippingEasy.
You should also make sure all of your order details on Shopify for this order are fulled out correctly (including First name, Last name, Country, etc)
In addition, please review this article from our Support Center: Why are my Shopify orders not syncing?
If you are still unable to get your order to sync, and you are in a rush, I suggest you place a manual order for this shipment. Here is how to add a manual order.
Otherwise, please reconnect your store, then provide me with the order number and order date and I would be happy to try to sync it for you.
Warm regards,
Taylor
