I would like to see a report (or a Notification of Delivery Exception list) generated by Shipping Easy that would list any shipments that are 2 days past their delivery date estimate. We ship nearly 1000 packages a month and it is too hard to scroll down pages of shipments looking for the packages that are in trouble (i.e. lost by USPS). Also, some are Priority Mail and some are Parcel Post, but that is not shown in Shipment History. Many customers forget about their purchase and contact us 3 weeks after they should have received their package to let us know that they did not receive it. By then, they are pretty upset. This feature would help us keep our customers happy.
