When I'm utilizing Auto Ship, my labels do not print in the same order sequence as my Pick List. This is time consuming when filling orders and having to fumble through to find the correct label. However if I create a batch from the Orders screen, the labels print in the exact order sequence as printed on the pick list.

It sounds like what you will want to do is actually print you Pick list from the Ready to Autoship page so the order stays the same. You will also want to go to settings > labels > and choose to print by Order Selection Sequence. Please let us know if this does not resolve the issue for you and we can give you a call next week.
