Trouble finding tracking number information

A customer purchased an item from me two month ago. I used shipping easy to create the shipping label and sent it out the very same day that the order was received. Now two months later the customer is reporting that they did not authorize the order but in order for me to state the the item was shipped to her and received I have to provide the tracking information. When I pulled the tracking information for any past shipments made all tracking numbers are stating "NOT FOUND". So how am i suppose to prove that the customer received the item?

Hi Nalani,

Right now, the default search is for the last 7 days in Shipment HIstory. I suggest you select the option "In the Last"> "All" in Shipment History, then search the recipients last name, order number, and/or tracking number. I am seeing tracking numbers for all of your past shipments in your Shipment History.

If you are still unable to find it, please contact us at issues@shippingeasy.com with the recipients last name, as well as their order number so we can look as well.
