Hello Jim - I wholeheartedly agree! The good news is that this is something that Zendesk (our support software provider) informs us is coming soon. If you visit their forums (ex post: Customize Community Foums) you'll see that they are currently beta testing an improved text editor. We hope to see this in our own Community Forums soon.

The problem that I see is zend desk is so basic and featureless as a product I don't understand why any company would actually use it. There are other options available that are robust and feature rich. The way it is right now is about the same level as the old bulletin board systems before the internet on cumpuserve. lol.

Hi Jim - I'm not sure if you've visited our forums recently, but you'll notice that the formatting tools for submitting requests are greatly improved. Notably, you can now add images to your posts! I hope this helps you communicate your ideas more clearly with our Product Team.
