In the Shipment History section, it shows a recipient name. Some of these recipients are also businesses. It would be very helpful to show their company name as well, or just their company name because that is how they are addressed. Even if you had to add a second line to capture the business name, that would be very helpful.

Interesting request. I do know that when you create a manual order in ShippingEasy, we do have a line for First Name, Last Name, and Company Name.
Are you saying that when you get an order in your store platform (looks like you use Volusion), there are no places to add all of this information or that it just does not all come in? Or, maybe you're saying that you want a column for "company name" and a column for "recipient name" so that you can see both on Shipping History?
If you can clarify, that would be great!
