Every time I bought a label, it mysteriously declined my card halfway through and I have about $75 in phantom label payments that show up on my bank - even though I never got those labels. I had to eventually buy them from USPS.com. How can I get these refunded? I used shippingeasy's integrated label buying feature on Storenvy (aerozero.storenvy.com) and 'bought' (though labels didn't generate nor did the confirmation e-mail where I could have refunded it!) about $75 of nothing apparently.
tl;dr Called my bank about it and not only was my card / bank account working (it was in fact NOT declined as the error told me on Storenvy), but shippingeasy took my money without a cancellation option via e-mail.
Hope I can get a refund. Lost a lot of money.
EDIT: I'll be happy to provide images of the transactions that went through on my bank, if ShippingEasy wants to contact me via e-mail to sort through the technical details.

I've taken an initial look at our recent errors and shipment transactions. I can find a large number of successfully generated labels for your store, but I do not see any that failed to generate. If you have the addresses available for these shipments, I will most likely be able to provide you with the label. Please send this information through to the email address above.
Lastly, I recommend checking your spam filter to confirm that the labels were not mailed and filed away automatically in error.
