Retry of label print will not work

I am getting the following error message when I attempt to print several labels: "This is the error message we've received back from USPS: Unable to retrieve Domestic label number: A database error has occurred in UpdateLabelNumberTable (8115). Arithmetic overflow error converting IDENTITY to data type int. Error encountered (Log ID: 45230) "

Hi Aryana,

Thanks for letting us know of this error! This was due to an Endicia outage that occurred last week that has since been resolved.

Retrying these labels on Ready to Print should allow them to generate. On behalf of both our teams, I am so sorry for the delays that this unplanned outage caused your business.
