Integrated with PayPal but orders not imported

When I select my PayPal store I don't see my invoices or paid invoices/orders. I would have to manually input them, which I do not want to do. I have integrated PayPal, and this also shows on PayPal but the orders do not appear in Shipping Easy even though it show that it is synced. Is there something I can try?

I am new to Shipping Easy and signed up for a free account to try it.

Hi Sheila - Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Our integration should sync Transactions (Payments Received) and Invoices from your PayPal account. Transactions come from outside sources (such as stores like Shopify) into PayPal and Invoices are generated inside PayPal.  

From these order types, ShippingEasy will sync the following statuses:

  • Transactions: Success, Pending, Processing
  • Invoices: Sent, MarkedAsPaid, Partially Refunded

Can you verify if your missing orders are unshipped, and in one of these statuses?

If so, could you log into your ShippingEasy account and verify that we're accessing the correct email login for your PayPal account? This information is stored on the SETTINGS >> STORES & ORDERS page, within your PayPal store settings, on the Email line.

Lastly, what is the date of the oldest order that is (1) in a status that should sync and (2) has not synced?

I'd love to get an update from you in the comments below so that we can pinpoint why your orders are not syncing.
