I have my free trial account, and I just uploaded my address book .csv file and mapped the fields as indicated in the FAQ. I then went to the verify screen, and all the addresses are correct. and a green checkmark appeared next to USPS Address Validation complete. Once I clicked Complete Upload, I got a message that said I must correct all errors. There were no errors, but all fields on every row had a exclaimation point that said I needed to verify the field, even first name and last name (what's to verify?)! There are no errors.
What is going on?

When required information is missing or invalid for an address upload, we'll flag the whole line in yellow. However, only the fields with errors will have an ! next to the field data. If you click on the ! symbol, you will see more information about the error. This should help you determine the best way to resolve it.
