I'm getting an error that the customer address is not working properly, so I am unable to get postage for a package that needs to go out.
I have manually verified the address on google and on the USPS website itself, and it's a valid address. Yet Shipping Easy is still giving me the error and won't let me use it, even when I click "use anyway" on the address edit field.
How do I override this?
Hi Sarah,
Thanks for posting in our forums!
I took a look at your account and saw some recent purchases in your Shipment History, as well as an order that was drop shipped. I assumed you are referring to the drop shipped order so I placed a test order on my account with the order information as it was synced. There was a suggested correction to change it to all caps, but otherwise the address was accepted and I was able to create a label.
This tool is helpful for looking up addresses to see if they are valid in ShippingEasy, and USPS: https://tools.usps.com/go/ZipLookupAction!input.action
If you were referring to a different order, we can take a look if you email us the order number and address to issues@shippingeasy.com.
Warm regards,
