I completed the 'Package Setup' page by adding all my package options. Within each package I was able to provide the weight of the materials to be included within the shipping quote, but I was not able to submit an additional flat cost to be added as well. I was hoping I could do this in order to recoup the cost of the packing materials.
Is this a feature of only basic, or higher, account types? I'm still evaluating shippingeasy.com and this is a must-have feature for me. Please advise - thanks!

Packing expenses are something usually included in Shipping & Handling fees which would be normally added during order checkout on your store.
We would recommend you check your store platform to see if that is an option you can add.
ShippingEasy only brings in your order information and the charges you set for each order. From ShippingEasy you can purchase shipping at discounted rates, typically less then what your customers will be paying, based on standard USPS rates.
