Printing 3.5" x 5" Labels

Hello. I use 3.5 x 5 inch labels (4 per 8.5 x 11 inch page). They would match Avery 5168 labels. Is it possible to configure my account to print them?

I currently have it set up to print them on a full sheet as per the instructions I found here, but the labels don't print perfectly and I end up writing part of the return address that gets cut off every time I print. That's not very professional. I love the service, but I really need to find a way to print the labels correctly, if possible. Thank you.

Hello Paul,

Thank you very much for your post to the ShippingEasy forums. Our 4 labels per page is designed to fit 4"x5" labels specifically and not a 3.5"x5". This is likely leading to your labels being cut off slightly.

I will add your requested label type to our list of requested enhancements to consider.

As this label size is not currently planned to be released, one thing you could look into is create a custom paper size on your printer. The process for this will vary depending on the type of printer you have and operating systems.
