I need to edit our email address (we are on the free plan with one user), but I can't. We don't need to add a user, just update an email address. Why on earth can't I do this?

The email address for the account owner and each subsequent user, can be edited or changed in the 'My Profile' page, accessed from the top right corner of each account.
