Product sales reports should not only list the number of products sold/shipped, but also the product's current inventory. This will make it much easier to create new vendor POs. In fact, there should also be the option to add products to a new PO from a sales/shipped report. You see that you've sold 1000 pcs of X over the last two months, have 300 remaining, you want more - click on the box, add to PO.

UPDATE: ShippingEasy retired the Inventory Management subscription in June of 2020. Our Product Catalog stores a comprehensive list of the products you sell and allows you to add your product information to leverage product and SKU details to ship more efficiently. Existing Inventory Management subscribers will still have the ability to use the features specific to Inventory Management, however, we are no longer supporting new subscribers.
