The pick list is a nightmare for products with options. It doesn't differentiate the options as products so it will list multiple versions of the main product with different options.
example:
32 x CronusMAX PLUS, USB Hub: No, USB Power Switch Cable: No, Xbox 360 Wireless Receiver: No, Xbox 360 Wired AU Controller: No, Micro USB Cable: No, 10ft USB Extension Cable: No
12 x CronusMAX PLUS, USB Hub: Yes, USB Power Switch Cable: No, Xbox 360 Wireless Receiver: No, Xbox 360 Wired AU Controller: No, Micro USB Cable: No, 10ft USB Extension Cable: No

Are you still seeing this issue? If so, would you be able to provide us with an unshipped order example so we can take a deeper look into how the information is being sent over from the X-Cart plugin?
