Mark items as received

I would like to be able to mark a package that was shipped internationally as received, even if it's not marked as delivered within the system.

I can see that this person has received her package through our other systems, but just to keep shipping easy nice and clean I would like to figure out how to manually change the green clock to a green checkmark :)
