Hi Danny,
Thank you for your feedback. I assume you want a customizable template similar to our shipment confirmation emails? Today we allow you to edit the text before sending POs but you can't create custom templates. I've added a request to our inventory queue to allow you to customize the email template used when sending POs from ShippingEasy.
In the meantime, I will direct any customers with similar requests to comment or follow on this post as well. Feedback helps us to learn how many customers are interested in each feature and prioritize what we should work on next. I will update this thread again once this work has been prioritized.

UPDATE: ShippingEasy retired the Inventory Management subscription in June of 2020. Our Product Catalog stores a comprehensive list of the products you sell and allows you to add your product information to leverage product and SKU details to ship more efficiently. Learn more about our Product Catalog.
Existing Inventory Management subscribers will still have the ability to use the features specific to Inventory Management, however, we are no longer supporting new subscribers.
