I have an account that was created on shipping easy Jan 2016
this account has a small balance of $8.95, it's not the account that is currently on my shipping easy account so I can't get the password for the conference room chairs.
I called endicia and they were no help.
How do I get my password reset? the option for me to add and existing account to SE(Shipping Easy) is no available even though this was created on SE.
