cancelling/deleting a duplicate shipment

I created a duplicate shipment just to experiment and see what it did, but then when I try to delete the duplicate, it won't let me (just returns an error). I assume this is a bug since I've been able to delete shipments in the past without issue but never tried deleting a duplicate shipment.

Typically you should be able to delete duplicate shipments but the process for doing so will vary based on where the shipment is in your account.

If however, you paid for the duplicate label, you will want to cancel that for a refund from your Shipment History page, susing the step-by-step instructions in the link below

Hi Jacen,

I appreciate the response, but I've already tried removing the order from the ready to ship and ready for payment pages. I can bounce the order between those two pages but from either page, when I try to remove the order, I get error messages. One says there's a server error and the other says the application encountered an internal error. I imagine it's because it's a duplicate, but maybe not. Please help

Hi Mati, thank you for your patience while our Product Team investigated your issue.

They were able to remove the stuck order/label, but were forced to send it to your Shipment History. If you do not intend to use the label for order R-020218-002, you can cancel it for a refund, using the step-by-step instructions in the link below.
