FromCompany errors no matter how I adjust 'company name' setting

Hi all. My name is Matthew Hornbostel. I've decided to give this service a shot. 

At the moment I am starting to regret signing up.

I've tried changing the 'Company Name' setting a number of times when preparing to ship a package. It's now well under the character limit, no spaces, no special characters, nothing but letters... I still cannot avoid getting a label-printing error even after 5-6 attempts to print my label. I did pay the correct amount in postage.

Is there something obvious I'm missing here?

The service is called ShippingEasy but it has been frustrating so far as I'm unable to even print my first label here.

Hello Matthew, and thank you for posting to our community!

After checking your account, I see you are not using ConnectEasy. This means that any labels you choose to print from ShippingEasy will appear in another web browser tab as a PDF label.

If your labels are not printing to another web browser tab, we would recommend testing with another web browser to see if the issue is isolated to one browser.

Once you are able to print your labels to another browser tab, you are welcome to download the PDF labels to your computer or print them directly from the web browser. If, however, you are unable to print the labels from your browser, we would recommend you download and try printing directly from your computer.

If you are still unable to print the label directly from your computer, you may want to contact the manufacturer of your printer or computer for further assistance in printing from your computer.

Once you are able to print from your computer, you should then be able to print the PDF labels from your web browser.
