Since we can only request a label refund on items that are under 30 days old, it would be helpful to have an automated weekly report emailed to us that shows all items that aren't delivered that are say three weeks old. That was we can check the tracking and make sure the item in en route and if not, attempt to get a refund on the label.

In the meantime, have you considered filtering your Shipments by the Delivery Status in the Shipment History page?
Using the Delivery Status filter combined with the Date Range filter, you could essentially obtain this information manually with a few clicks. Our guide below explains more about how to filter your Shipment History.
