Hi I signed up for this and am about to delete my account!!! I added it to Prestashop and it is not a carrier option!!! There is NO FINAL tutorial explaning how to set it up with PRESTASHOP!!!!! THEN WHEN I TRY TO SIGN IN FOR SUPPORT IT DOES NOT ACCEPT MY EMAIL AND PW AND I AM NOT GOING TO SIGN UP FOR A PAID ACCOUNT WHEN I CAN T EVEN FIGURE OUT HOW TO USE IT. I AM TECH SAAVY! YOUR EXPLANATIONS ARE AWEFUL AND I HAVE LOOKED IN THE FORUMS!

As I mentioned to your post in another thread here, unfortunately ShippingEasy is unable to provide discounted rate quotes to your store directly. ShippingEasy does not affect the front-end of your website, instead our integration allows the syncing of order details and updating shipping details back to your store automatically.
If your store platform does not offer real-time quotes, you can only set your shipping rates according to weight, not by zone. This means that you will have to manually set your shipping rate quotes based off of the weights of the package and not their destination.
We do, however, have some additional tips for setting up shipping rates for your store in our guide below.
We hope you'll understand that the separate log-ins are strictly for security purposes, and are in no way meant to be an inconvenience.
