Please make an option to set the store currency, and show it with prices on the customs form and packing slip. For international orders, we keep getting asked about the currency.
We are not asking for currency conversion.
We just want show that the prices are in US$. This has to be a more common issue. All commercial invoices should show what currency the prices are in!
When you print the shipping label (Priority Intl.), on pages 1 & 2 - there is an area with the detailed description, qty, wt, and value. The value column reads "Value (US$)".
Apparently some customs agents are missing this. Thankfully this has not been the case for us.

While PartyZoneUSA is correct in regards to USPS customs forms, I can see that your DHLExpress customs forms do not include the US$ designation. I've logged your request for that and it will be under consideration for prioritization.
If you know of any other sellers that would benefit from this feature, please ask them to comment or post here as well. If we hear this request from other customers, we will ask them to comment or follow here as well.
I need to know if it's possible to have the customs declaration in USD if I'm using Shipping Easy from Canada (Canadian Account). Reason for this is because customs needs to see our invoices in USD, if you can only do it in Canadian currency, it creates so much more manual labor for us which we do not want.
Would appreciate hearing back.

Thanks for taking the time to post on our community forum. All currency is set to USD in our system. This is reflected in customs forms as well as packing slips.
At this time, we only support shipment labels that originate in the United States. As we already have a running thread regarding this feature request, please feel free to comment/like/follow on this thread.
