Create Manual order from products page

I have some large orders that come through regularly that will have 20-60 different skus all with varying quantities. Currently I have two options to make these manual orders that both fall short:

1. Upload via csv file - This option is nice to have since I can easily manipulate the data in excel, but one of the required fields is the Item Name field, and I can't feasibly look up each name to copy in, everything we do is based on SKUs, so if I could upload and choose items based only on SKU instead of Item Name that would work better.

2. Quick Ship - This option allows me to enter items based on item sku without needing to enter an Item Name, but it is kind of a hassle to use the current form, especially since I can only see 2 items at once so it takes a while to scroll through especially to review all the items that I entered to ensure I have all of them.

What I think would work much better for these larger orders is to be able to go through the product page and select each item that i need (check the check-box) and then have an option in the menu to create a manual order with the following selection. This would be much easier to scroll through all my inventory to ensure I have included all the required items for the order.

There is one slight issue with that idea, currently I have most products organized under parent listings. This means I don't even have the option to 'check' each item since only 10 or so show up under the parent listing on the product page. Ideally the fix would be to show all items under the parent listing when I open it up (this would make updating inventory quantities easier since I wouldn't have to click through to that parent page and then edit each individually also). If the Products page stays as is (where it doesn't show all items under the parent without clicking through) then this solution won't work. But fixing the products page first would be doubly helpful since it would fix the inventory quantity update.
