When using Amazon Prime with Shipping Easy any order that consists of multiple boxes cannot be shipped using the service. Therefore, to complete the order one must ship the multiple boxes using the Amazon Prime interface at which point (hourly) shipping easy will then remove the order from the queue (as shipped) and deduct the inventory. The problem lies in the fact that this order (sale) no longer shows up on the Product Sales Report because shipping easy has changed it status to " Cleared ", and even though the report gives the (ALL) option, cleared sales are not included. This causes a serious "break" when trying to utilize Shipping Easy to not only track inventory but to track sales.
Product Sales Report (ALL) does not include Cleared orders.
