I have done a few thousand labels on Shippingeasy and still find myself hesitating because the headings don’t describe the process associated with the heading.  Thankfully the process is great.

It seems the word Shipments is used inappropriately, to me. I think it means, (Noun)** a load of goods that is transported by any method (not just by ship).** What, Shippingeasy is really doing is facilitating the processing **of **payment to the carrier and the printing of a shipping label.

Orders Page:

Create Shipment - A better heading would be Process Orders (This is the orders page)

*Group as Batch - *A better heading would be *Create Batch *(Group and batch are the same thing.  You actually want to put a group/batch together.

Orders Page: (Suggested version)

 Process Orders   Create Batch  Pick & Pack  More 

Shipments page:

Shipments A better title would be Create Labels

Ready to ship A better heading would be Label Prep or Prepare Label (Step 1)

Ready for payment A better heading would be** Shopping Cart (Step 2 Optional) I don’t use this one.**

Ready to print A better heading would be Print labels (Step 3)

Shipment History A better heading would be Labels History (Step 4)

 I think the suggested headings above better describe what actually happens in each of those pages. I think they would be much easier for the beginner to understand, also.
