Hi, this is my first post on these forums. I have things i would love to be looked at ready for next year if possible, this is regarding 'Customized' products that come via Amazon.
Right now we use the shipeasy report to help us create the print files for our customized orders. The customization is contained as part of the product name for example... (With the three customized text fields for this product highlighted in bold below).

The first thing i would love to do is to be able to export this data on it's own columns e.g. Name1, Name2 and Year OR if that cannot be done, Custom1, custom2, Custom3. Right now i am having to extract this data by using find and replace in excel for each SKU That i have until i get data i can split into three columns for mapping to my print templates.
Another problem with this report is that when an item has more than 1 item on it, it displays all the SKUS together in the SKU column, example..
ACPSORT270 ACPSORT273 ACPSORT272 ACPSORT271
when ideally i would like these displayed on seperate rows, one for each sku in the order with the order number repeated. Then unfortunately the other issue with the multiple orders is that it displays the product name like this and the 'customized' information is not present, meaning we have to go look this up on amazon for each sku in that order and manually paste it to the sheet.

If anyone knows of an alternative way to pull the customized information out of Amazon orders so it can be displayed in seperate rows in excel, csv or TXT files, that would help greatly, if this system can't be fixed?
