I would like to see a way to select/see only untagged individuals on the main customer list so I can add them to a list/tag and/or I would like to be able to sort by order date or creation date. For me, either would help immensely

Thanks for the feedback! You can currently sort by "Last Order" date on the contacts page, but I do agree that having a simple way to find all of your non-tagged contacts would be nice. We'll add this as an upcoming feature soon - stay tuned!
