label failed

I went through the steps to create a label and it took my funds and then said label failed right before allowing me to print. I went through all of the same steps a second time and the same thing happened. I'm out $7.64 and have no label to send this package with and there seems to be no record of the transaction. This is the second order number, but I didn't think to copy the first one as this has never happened before. 68199870

Please help.

Hello Leah,

Sorry for any confusion with creating labels today. There was a temporary outage with the label server for First Class packages. 

This issue has been resolved and you should be able to process your shipments without issue now. 

The failed labels would not have actually charged your account.

Checking your Stamps.com account no actual postage was created today, and your current postage balance matches what it should checking your account history and reports.
