I bought a label earlier, but it failed. I went to create another label and noticed that my shipping easy credit had already been deducted from the first label that failed. I've looked at the activity history for today and can see where I created two labels, but both have the same tracking #, so I can't request a refund on the first transaction. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks for posting to our community today.
Earlier this morning, Endicia had reported an outage with their label server that caused failed labels for some of our users. This situation has now been resolved. We will be running a reconciliation report at the end of the night, so if there is a label that was purchased twice, we can automatically detect it and start the refund process from our end.
This process should take about 10 days. Please don't hesitate to let us know if you do not see this refunded and what the order number is.
